Standard Inclusions
- Vacuuming all carpeted areas, including under desks and in corners
- Mopping hard floors — VCT, tile, sealed concrete
- Trash and recycling removal, bins relined
- Restroom cleaning — toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors scrubbed and disinfected; consumables restocked
- Break room surface cleaning — counters, sink, microwave exterior
- Surface dusting — desks, shelves, window ledges
- Interior glass and mirror cleaning
- Lobby and entry area cleaning
Common Add-Ons, Usually Priced Separately
- Carpet extraction or steam cleaning
- Floor stripping, waxing and buffing
- Exterior window washing
- High dusting — vents, ceiling fans, top of shelving
- Consumable restocking package (paper towels, soap, tissue)

If you have a server room that should never be entered, a specific floor-care schedule, or a break room with particular equipment, tell us before the walkthrough — your written scope should reflect your actual facility, not a generic template.
