Goodyear Janitorial Services has operated in the West Valley commercial market for 22 years. In that time the area has changed significantly — distribution corridors along the 303 and I-10 have multiplied, Goodyear's population has grown past 100,000, and the mix of facilities we service has broadened from primarily office to include light manufacturing, healthcare, and municipal buildings.
We are a commercial-only contractor. We do not service residential properties, and we do not subcontract janitorial work to third parties. Every crew member works directly under our management, holds a current background check, and is covered by our general liability and workers' compensation policies.

Our accounts in Goodyear and the surrounding West Valley tend to be facilities managers and plant managers overseeing 5,000 to 100,000 square feet of commercial space. That includes:

School and church facilities are not our primary market, and we are transparent about that. If your facility requires a specialized cleaning vertical, we'll tell you so before you sign anything.
How We Quote
We do a walkthrough before we put a number on paper. You will receive a written scope of work listing exactly what gets cleaned on each visit, at what frequency, and by what method. If a scope item is not in writing, it is not in the price — and it is not a surprise invoice later.

Service Hours and Response
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. The quote form on this site is available at any hour, and we commit in writing to a next-business-day callback. We do not advertise 24/7 availability because we do not provide it — if you need a phone answered at 10pm, you need a different contractor.
Crew dispatch, however, operates outside office hours. Nightly janitorial crews work after your business closes. Day porter schedules are set to your operational hours. Both run on a dispatch model that assigns a backup crew before the contract starts.
